Our Mission

Honor Talk Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building understanding, strengthening trust, and supporting informed decisions about organ, eye, and tissue donation, transplantation, critical care, and end-of-life care.

Through our podcast, training modules, surveys, and live TikTok channel, Honor Talk brings families, healthcare professionals, and communities together to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from one another. We also train organ procurement organizations (OPOs) and hospitals to strengthen communication, support families, and promote compassionate care.

Our mission is to honor donors, support families and transplant recipients, and recognize the professionals who care for them. We make complex topics easier to understand while respecting the personal experiences and decisions at the heart of every conversation.

By listening to diverse perspectives and encouraging transparency, we build trust and strengthen connections among communities, hospital care teams, and organ procurement organizations.

Meet the Founders

Bobby and Ivan began their shared mission to save and heal lives through Honor Talk in November 2025—and have been working tirelessly ever since. With more than two decades of combined experience in organ procurement, they bring deep expertise, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to supporting donor families, transplant recipients, and the healthcare staff who make donation possible. Together, they are building a future in which every gift of donation is honored, every family is treated with dignity, and every opportunity to save a life is pursued with purpose.
